Sasha began his long intercultural experience when, from Skopje, he was chosen to attend the UWC Atlantic College -- the first one of the movement -- in 1979. That makes him one of the first alumni from the country! 

He continued his education in the US at Northwest Missouri University, where he majored in International Marketing. He received a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, and began an almost 30-year career in the world of marketing, sales and finance. Sasha worked for the Whirlpool Corporation for 25 years, climbing up from the position of a Finance Analyst all the way up to General Manager for the Caribbean and Latin America. 

Currently, Sasha lives in Florida and is self-employed, working as an interpreter for LanguageLine Solutions's clients.
